I understand the issues that women nonprofit and association leaders face every day, and offer a customized coaching solution. I’ve been where you are and can help you address the issues you’re facing to help you gain clarity around your strengths and challenges. I will partner with you to uncover the tools you need to move forward – with fewer headaches.

I guide women who:

• are leaders for nonprofits or associations, with at least 2 years experience in organization roles
• feel stuck in their situations
• are at a critical juncture
• have a desire to move up in their careers
• want to gain clarity and move forward
• want help with management issues – for staff or volunteers
• are willing to do the work and are ready for a change.
